Brunch is a meal usually consisting of breakfast foods, especially popular on the weekend. Brunch items are usually hearty and high-calorie since it's eaten in the morning after being deprived of food overnight due to sleep. Brunch meals are difficult to have meatless but there are still ways to have brunch without meat.


Vegan Brunch Brunch can be habitually associated with eggs, bacon, pastries, etc. When people think about these types of foods, they automatically assume that vegan or vegetarian dishes will not be served in a Brunch place because the meat is an essential ingredient for making them tasty. However, Brunch restaurants also offer different types of foods that are free from meats such as salads soups, fruits, etc.
